Support & Contact

We’re here to help with subscriptions, funding, and billing. Please include your account email and any relevant receipt or invoice numbers so we can assist quickly.

For security, never send full card numbers or sensitive payment information via email. If we need to verify your account, we’ll provide a secure method.

Payments & Billing

HoneyRoots uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe is a PCI‑DSS Level 1 certified provider used by millions of businesses. All card data is encrypted and handled by Stripe; we do not store or process sensitive card details on HoneyRoots servers.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the current billing period.
  • Receipts are emailed after each successful charge. You may request a copy or a VAT/GST invoice.
  • If a payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you by email. Updating your payment method usually resolves the issue.

Funding & one‑time contributions

  • Funding helps advance HoneyRoots initiatives. Where applicable, we’ll send a receipt for your records.
  • If you made a contribution in error, contact us within 14 days and we’ll review refund options case‑by‑case.

Refunds

We aim to be fair. If something didn’t work as expected, email pay@honeyroots.io with details and we’ll do our best to help. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.

Managing your payment method

To update or remove a card on file, contact us and we’ll send a secure link to manage your details. We never store card numbers on our servers.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you don’t recognize a charge, please reach out first. Most issues can be resolved faster directly with us than via your card issuer.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or making a payment to HoneyRoots (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Accounts & Security

  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
  • Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled in line with the “Refunds” section above and applicable consumer protection laws.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the Service.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including content and software, is owned by HoneyRoots or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.

Third‑Party Services

We integrate with payment processors and other third‑party tools. Their terms may apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyRoots is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes here and update the “Last updated” date above.
